Commissary Kitchen Portal

Professional Kitchen

Welcome to The Dessert Collective's Commissary Kitchen! Our culinary journey has taught us that the food service start up process is confusing, hard, and expensive. Our goal is to create clarity and support by providing you the right resources. To operate your food truck, catering services, or ghost kitchen it's crucial to select an approved commissary kitchen. Next, you'll need to register with the relevant government agency (Department of Ag. or Utah County Health Department).

1

Select the Right Commissary

The equipment, proximity, space, availability, and cost are some of the biggest factors in determining which approved commercial kitchen will work for your needs.

We are located in American Fork just off the Main Street exit. Our facility is equipped with a security system, commercial equipment, & has 24 hr. access. We offer packages or a la carte purchasing of kitchen hours & storage.

2

Get Gov't. Approval

A signed commissary kitchen agreement is the first step. Then you will register with the appropriate gov't. agency and send them the agreement.

Our kitchen has been approved by both the Utah Department of Agriculture and the Utah County Health Department, confirming our commitment to safety, compliance, and high quality standards.

3

Book Your Kitchen Time

Commissary kitchens can be hard to work in if they are overcrowded, unclean, or don't have the right equipment.

We have created processes that allow you to have a safe, clean and easy to use kitchen experience. Once you have signed up and paid you will get access to sign into booking system and book your kitchen time.
